Let the games begin! Well, not really a game, but it feels as though that’s an appropriate phrase to start with. I’ve taken the plunge towards self-improvement and joined Jenny Craig. Beginning weight: 196.6 pounds. Current target: 150. They say I should be between 159 and 121, but what kinda goal is that!?! I think I’ll take aim at 150 and then see where I can go from there. I’d like to be halfway there by Easter… What do you think? Can I lose 25 pounds in three and a half months? Is that a realistic goal to have? I guess only time will tell. Took the pup for a nice walk this afternoon. I think I did her in. Guess a mile and a half in 25 minutes was too much for her short little mini-dachshund legs?
