Well, after two weeks on Jenny Craig, I am down about 3.5 pounds. While that’s not much, it’s a start and it’s move in the right directions. I know I need to somehow fit in some more exercise, but when I’m gone from 7 in the morning until 7 or 8 in the evening, it’s hard to be motivated to do much more than relax when you get home!
Last week I did eat out a few times, so hopefully with less planned meals out this week I’ll have better results when I weigh in next week.
